It's no secret that I love food. I think about it pretty regularly... alright alright. I'm constantly thinking about food. It's nothing to be ashamed of, I'm not the only one right? Right?!

These energy bites are so perfect for when you are stuck at work, at school, or on the go anywhere really, thinking about how hungry you are or how you can't WAIT for your next tasty meal.

They're extremely easy to whip up and with delicious ingredients like chia seeds, flax seeds, peanutbutter and oats they keep you feeling full throughout the day.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup crunchy natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup agave or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
- Mix ingredients together well in a bowl
- Cover with saran wrap and place bowl in fridge for roughly an hour
- Roll mixture into balls
- Keep stored in fridge, energy bites will keep for about a week
